Unfortunately, Parler, MeWe, and Telegram have Amazon Web Servers which mean they can be easily censored and disabled. Gab is not on the App or Google store because they refused to commit to censorship. My suggestion is to create a ProtonMail email and create a Gab account. They have a web application you can use on your phone, however I suggest creating an account on your Desktop.
