If there are three employees that work at a company with a mandate and each received a different vaccine, is the one that received Pfizer obligated to get a booster with this new guidance? Does it make sense that the CDC knows Moderna and J&J recipients need a booster too but they can’t recommend it because the FDA hasn’t authorized it yet? This is why mandates should have never been set in the first place. The data and guidelines are shifting sands and aren’t logically sound.

Key word is “should” in the last sentence. This is not the kind of science mandates should be built upon. Nine months ago, the vaccines “should” have provided life-long immunity, yet it failed.

This is one of the loop holes I referenced last week. The FDA didn’t vote on this and yet the CDC is including it in the recommendation.

This is the other loophole. This group includes a plethora of medical conditions including diabetes, overweight, and obese Americans. If people in those groups got the two-dose series and are not longer protected, why would taking a third round of a failed product work?

Where is the data that it is safe for pregnant women to receive a booster? The FDA and manufacturers state there is not enough data to inform on vaccine-associated risks for even the two-dose series. Why would it be assumed a third one would be safe?
