Like all the vids I uploaded of kitties? I used the @webm2mp4bot that I use to convert webm's to mp4's , I actually found out that there is a developer for that bot @webm2mp4bot after encountering an error. The owner likes kitties too and asks for:

- ffmpeg
- telegram bot api
