What to do if your seed phrase was stolen and your wallet was compromised?

Have you ever heard about people losing their funds by entering their seed phrase into phishing sites? We want to raise awareness to our community.

The most common scammer tactic is impersonating support personnel and offering to help by providing a link to an “official” website that can often appear convincing to an inexperienced user. The user enter their seed phrase in a phishing website and their tokens suddenly start to unbound. Usually scammers use automated noscripts that drain your wallet on the day when tokens become trasferrable. Due to the obligate lockup period of most of Proof of Stake chains, staked assets must be unbonded before they can be transferred. That gives an oportunity to recovery service like Cosmoshield to front run scammer before they drain the wallet.

Guys are focused on fighting the scammers since 2021 and already have helped to recover over 2M$ in user funds.

Also well known Keplr wallet in cooperation with Cosmoshield have integrated fraudulent domain blocklist into the wallet extension to warn users when they enter phishing sites that are in the blocklist.

To report the phishing site you can go to cosmoshield.org/app/dashboard and team will add it to the blocklist if they find it fraudulent.

Quasar is an appchain for decentralized asset management designed to interoperate with a broad network of blockchains implementing the Inter-Blockchain Communication protocol. Quasar uses vaults and their strategies to gather and deploy capital.

There will be more slots for permissionless validators opening up at the time of the TGE that is expected in Q2 2023. Until then, inflation will remain at 0% so nobody is missing out. Hello there friends! KJ reporting here.

As you all may already know tomorrow on 15th of August at 12:00 UTC Binance will open trading for #sei tokens

This was fun time where we all together participated in the Testnet trying to solve the challenges and tasks that team did prepare for us in a hope to get future airdrop.

Not to mention our team even managed to get the highest score in the first phase of the Testnet. If you are in the list you most likely will receive an airdrop after the chain launch!

Team did not gave detailed information about the size or time when airdrop will be distributed but as I know they are working on a announcement.

This was the last tweet where they mentioned about the airdrop for early supporters.

P.S.
Sadly our team did not make it to the mainnet as we were dropped out down the road. The selection process for mainnet validators has raised concerns due to its lack of transparency. All we know there is closed private group of validators who already run the chain.
