Seinami will have 4 unique acts, each with its own focus and goals. Broadly, the acts are designed to test Sei Network’s validator setup, usability, security, and governance.

Each act will be comprised of clearly defined missions for Seinami Testnet validators and participants. The full list of missions across all acts is available here. All active missions will also be listed on the top left of the Seinami Testnet landing page.

Sei has allocated 1% of our tokens for testnet rewards.

Don't worry about your gentx PRs being merged - Team will delegate the funds to you based on the delegator address in your PR for validators chosen to be in the active set (which will rotate every few days).

You can create nodes and then when its your turn team will send you tokens to become validators for a few days. No need to be part of genesis set - no rewards for that

Quicksilver network will perform chain upgrade from v0.4.1 to v0.4.2 today 12/07 roughly @ 16:30 UTC

As a validator you will have to upgrade the binary running on your machine at a block height 212000

Remember, those validators that are up and online for the first blocks will be rewarded for doing so. Upgrades should be the bread and butter of validator operators, so we score this highly.

- The SQT Public Sale has been postponed until the market recovers

As a reminder, team is allocating 0.3% of the total token supply at mainnet launch to Gemini Phase 1.
The reward distribution will be proportional to the amount of tSSC credits earned during this phase and will not be a 1:1 conversion ratio for mainnet tokens.

I highly recommend use the same wallet that you used for gentx generation

To top up your wallet navigate to #atlantic-1-faucet channel and use command below:

🚀Sui have added option to install their application using docker

Now you don't have to wait anymore for binaries to build, Application comes in a prebuilt image. Also this setup saves us a lot of version maintenance tasks as docker image is being updated by team frequently.

We have updated our guide to use docker container instead of binary build.

Killerqueen-1 testnet will end today at 15 July (45 minutes from now). This is a last call for folks to undertake any tasks that were not completed. After this time, operators can power down their nodes.

Remember for those that used the same address for mainnet and testnet KYC, you will need to make sure your seed is stored safely and backed up BEFORE you decommission your node!

UI testing has unfortunately not gone totally to plan, and users were not able to undertake all the tasks team had planned on that front, but it was still invaluable input and users will still be rewarded for their participation there.
