Excessive ejaculation degrades you in numerous ways.

Every time you orgasm:
prolactin is released (intellectual and physical degeneration), serotonin is released (psychological and hormonal degeneration) and toxic dopamine metabolites accumulate in the liver - causing inflammation and stress response.

Each ejaculation:

Depletes micronutrients from the body, some of which can be hard to restore (Magnesium, Glycine, more);

Adds up to the calcification of the pineal gland;

Downregulates androgens & upregulates estrogen.

Also, it leads to decline of impulse control and of creative force.
