“Whoever demands great things of himself, and achieves those things, must feel quite remote from those who do not. Such distance will be interpreted by these others as a "putting on airs"; but he knows it [distance] only as continuous toil, war, victory, by day and by night. The others have no inkling of all this!”

"The dead and the unborn are as much members of society as the living. To dishonour the dead is to reject the relation on which society is built – the relation of obligation between generations."

None of us are immortal. We will all die and return to dust. But our actions live forever. How many nameless men and women make up your ancestors? Their choices live today in you. How many faceless men spent their whole lives building your nation? You may never know their names, but their actions live through the land, the roads and buildings, the dams and rivers, all because of them. How many soldiers died in battle? Their actions shaped your people.
Now go forth and become immortal

"Preparatory men. - I welcome all signs that a more virile, warlike age is about to begin, which will restore honor to courage above all! For this age shall prepare the way for one yet higher, and it shall gather the strength that this higher age will require some day — the age that will carry heroism into the search for knowledge and that will wage wars for the sake of ideas and their consequences."

True karate comes from Bushido (Way of the Samurai), which comes from Zen (emptiness, meditation). In true karate, the body, mind, and spirit — the whole person — must be developed simultaneously. The harmonious unity of mind and body is intensely powerful, defeating the most formidable enemy.

Who is White? Who is European?
First and foremost, I must point out that in the majority of cases, these discussions are (most likely) initiated by malicious actors seeking to sow dissent among Europeans.
To respond to the question, I would say the following:
A European is (greatly simplified) a mix of three populations:
Hunter-Gatherers (Western, Eastern, etc.)
Anatolian Neolithic Farmers
Aryans (Indo-Europeans)
The amount of each will differ between European countries – southern countries have more Farmer DNA, the Baltic countries have more Hunter-Gatherer DNA, Scandinavia has more Indo-European DNA. So, there is a difference in amounts of each component, but the composition is generally the same.
Moreover, a note on blue eyes and blond hair. Blue eyes = a gift from the Western Hunter-Gatherers. Blond hair = became increasingly common during the Bronze Age due to selective pressure. So, the Scandinavian phenotype of blue eyes + blond hair is something that evolved rather than something that was there to begin with (something to point out if someone says that only those with these traits are original Europeans).
Lastly, all three components must be treasured. Biospiritually speaking, however, I believe that it is the Aryan component that must return for European civilisation to survive.
This is the Faustian spirit of enterprise and adventure – the spirit that fuelled Alexander, the early Romans, the Goths, Normans, and the Spanish and Portuguese conquistadors.

It's impossible to be bored when you are working towards a goal. You have a body to strengthen and train, knowledge to gain, a mind to sharpen. If you're bored, you're not pushing yourself.
