The strong, however, act with purpose beyond the present. They master their impulses, viewing them as distractions from their higher path. They endure hardship willingly, knowing that true power and mastery are forged through restraint and long-term vision. It is this inner discipline, this defiance of temporary temptations, that elevates the strong above the weak, marking them as the true architects of their fate.
Do not be a sheep, stay forever commited to your purpose.

were not allowed to physically train lest they grow strong and revolt against their masters.
I think about this kind of stuff a lot.
You are feared for being healthy, strong and not dependent on the system to survive. You don’t need pills to keep your body functioning, to sleep or to think without seeing through a fog. They need you to be sick and addicted, hooked on whatever cure they are pushing.
Be strong, healthy and keep a clear head. Be the man they fear.

All great men that come to power and change the world do so only in the company of valorous friends.
One becomes a true friend by being steadfastly and totally devoted to each other's mission. To support and readily champion your brothers, no matter the cost or the doubts of their fidelity to you (Prisoner's Dilemma), unto the death is the very ethos which will show you the way to conquer this life and lift us all from this ignominious morass.
There is one maxim in this life which comes before all others: champion your friends, crush your enemies.
