Hey,

Main renovations at Auroora (https://kotocoop.org/units/auroora/) is close to be finished and one of us is going to move there in January. Some more investment is required for mainly installing air source heat pumps and before making this investment we wanted to check out how interested people are in moving to Auroora soon.

We cannot offer any work right now so ability to pay some rent is needed for everyone. We are looking into opportunity to turn paid rent into co-op membership when total amount of participation share is reached.

Koko piha-alue onkäytettävissä osuuskunnan kanssa yhteistyössä puutarhan perustamiseen ja muuhuntoimintaan. Sato minkä koet omaksesi jää sinulle. Kesän aikana taloakunnostetaan, ja pihaa ja puutarhaa perustetaan.
