Uniswap has closed $11M USD private fundraising round. This round was led by Andreessen Horowitz with additional investments from USV, Paradigm, Version One, Variant, Parafi Capital, SV Angel, and A.Capital. According to the blog post this investment round will help to grow the team and to build Uniswap V3.
