Lekin bu haqiqatmi, yoki faqat yaxshi rejalashtirilgan illuziyami? Yirik korporativ kompaniyada ishlaydigan ayolning LinkedIn'da joylashtirgan posti shubhalarimni tasdiqladi: ko'pincha onlaynda ko'rganlarimiz to'liq haqiqatdan yiroq.
Hayot bizni sezgir va talabchan vaziyatlar bilan ta'minlaydi, va o'zimizga ustuvorliklarni aniq belgilashga ruxsat berishimiz juda muhim. O’zgartirishga harakat qilma
Bir do’stim bor. Men uchun mentordek inson. Yiliga 2-3 marta ko’rishamiz, birga tushlik qilamiz.
Norvegiyada shifokor sifatida tez natijaga erishishimga bir dona gapi sabab bo’lgan edi.
Norvegiyada moliya sohasida top mutaxassislardan. Ammo ishlamaydi, ishlab pul topishga ehtiyoji yo’q. Undan har safar moliya sohasida ko’p narsa o’rganaman. Ammo meni hayron qoldiradigan jihati u g’azablangani yoki noliganiga hech guvoh bo’lmaganman. Aytishlaricha 30+ yildan beri yashaydigan xotini bilan biror marta urushmagan.
Sababini so’rasam,
”Bek, men boshqalar fikri va hatti-harakatini boshqara olmayman. Ammo men boshqalar fikri va hatti-harakatiga nisbatan o’z emotsiyamni boshqara olishni o’rganganman. Shunday ekan men boshqalarni deb asabiylashishim g’irt ahmoqlik. Katta, tushungan odamlarmiz. Bir muammo bo’lsa asabiylashmasdan hal etishga harakat qilish kerak degan fikrdaman.

I just listened to the YC Light Cone podcast and it really got me thinking. They're right,
We need to stop chasing the hype and start building things that actually solve problems.
Here's what I'm taking away from the podcast:
•Don't try to be everything to everyone. Find your niche and focus on becoming the best in that space.
•Attention mechanisms are key! Read that "Attention is All You Need" paper - it's a game-changer.
•Open-source models like Llama are amazing! They offer a more affordable alternative to GPT, letting us focus on building our own unique solutions.
•Learning how to fine-tune models is essential. This allows us to tailor existing models to our specific needs and data.
🔑Key terms: AI Researcher, Prompt Armor, Cloud Cybersecurity, Copilot, Llama, and AI Targets.

Yesterday I finished 2 books, one is an audiobook called "Ey, qizim" by Shayx Ali Tantoviy (highly recommended to listen), and one is a more research-based book called "Good to Great" by Jim Collins. Overall, both of them have been a reflection stimulus for me. Lemme share some highlighted points from the latter.

G2g companies do not focus principally on what to do to become great, they focus equally on what not to do and what to stop doing.
Greatness is a matter of conscious choice.
The right people are your most important asset.
Do not try to act like genius, without being a genius.
Put your best people on your biggest opportunities, not your biggest problems.
Managing your problems can only make you good, whereas building your opportunities is the only way to become great.
Facts are better than dreams.
Know thyself.
3 circles of Hedgehog Concept: 1. What you are passionate about; 2. What you can be the best in the world at; 3. What drives your economic engine.
The g2g companies are more like 🦔hedgehogs - simple, dowdy creatures that know "1 big thing" and stick to it. The comparison companies are more like 🦊foxes - crafty, cunning creatures that know many things that lack consistency.
Do you have a "to-do" list? Do you also have a "stop doing" list?
Technology as an accelerator, not a creator, of momentum.
Crawl, walk, run (organic development process).
