LantalMining is pleased to announce that its digital token issuance, including the relaunch of the LMAU token, has received official state registration. This milestone validates its commitment to regulatory compliance and enhances trust and security for the community.
State registration of the digital token issuance was completed on August 7, 2025, under registration number KG0201000518. This registration confirms that the digital asset offering meets all necessary legal requirements, providing increased transparency for potential investors.
As a result of obtaining the necessary license for digital asset operations, a reissue of the LMAU token is required. The token holder registry was fixed as of 2025-08-14 00:00:00 UTC.
All LMAU token holders are requested to return their tokens to the emission address for redemption.
Following the redemption process, a new token issuance will be conducted strictly in accordance with the issued license and the fixed registry.
