A friend of mine asked me how I appear to not be scared and hopeless about much of our struggles as queer and neurodivergent. And to put it simply, I am not perfect, I do have moments of fear, there are times where it feels overwhelmingly hopeless as the world around us becomes more extreme and hateful. But I find myself the motivation to pull myself back, to upkeep my confidence. With a system that strives for us to dissappear, to survive and continue is the greatest form of defiance.

Take pride in the small accomplishments, you will not only find yourself happier but more motivated to do it. Even if you missed some small achievements, there is always the next day.
