Strikes work. The absolute threat of the flow of economics and business is what every capitalist fears. Without the workers, nothing can be done, which mean, no money for them to gain. Organize and unionize your workplace.

Paradoxically, the managements view the worker as expendable, yet irreplaceable all at once. They can hold, kick off, and replace workers one at a time, but to do so all at once is impossible
