Huge news for our queer Brothers and sisters! The 4th Circuit Court (North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland) of Appeals overrulled North Carolinian and West Virginian laws Discriminating Transgender care.
"Transgender exclusions were 'obviously discriminatory' and were 'in violation of the equal protection clause' of the U.S. Constitution, upholding lower court rulings that barred the discriminatory exclusions."
It's without a Doubt this will affect other parts of the United States in the fight for Queer and Trans Equality
