In 1939, William E. Urschel created a technology very similar to the one used for today's 3D printed building.

He did it behind a small warehouse in Valparaiso, Indiana and called it "Wall Building" machine.

Kyara / Kinam Wood – The Red Gold of Oud

Kinam (also called Kyara) is the rarest and most valuable grade of agarwood (oud). Found almost exclusively in old wild Aquilaria trees in Vietnam and Hainan, it forms only when the tree produces an exceptionally rich, dark resin in response to specific fungal infection and centuries of natural stress.

When heated, it releases a complex, cooling-spicy scent with notes of berries, tobacco, dark chocolate and rare red spices. True wild kinam routinely sells for $20,000–$100,000+ per kilogram, far exceeding gold.
