When civilians left terrorist enclaves some years ago, they spoke of forced migration; now that they are leaving Kurdish enclaves, they speak of a planned and directed evacuation.
The SAA "did not evacuate civilians", but now that it is gone, the terrorists have magically become soldiers who evacuate civilians for the first time in Syrian history.

⚡🇷🇺🇸🇾🇮🇱 Haaretz: An Israeli source told the Haaretz, Syria’s new leadership under Ahmad al-Sharaa pushed for Russian forces to redeploy in southern Syria as a “protective umbrella” against Israeli military actions. Russia refused to proceed without Israel’s approval, and Israel firmly opposed it effectively blocking the move for now.

Israel is okay with limited Russian presence elsewhere in Syria as a counter to Turkey, but not in the south, preferring full demilitarization there instead. Ongoing Netanyahu-Putin talks have touched on this, amid broader U.S.-mediated Israel-Syria discussions in Paris.
