Before “ascending” , simply master “grounding” being in a foundation so strong no fear, or doom can rattle you. This is something you have full control over. Feeling secure and safe in your body. All while the world outside seems to be in free fall or inside out. The storm isn’t “out there” it’s always been “in here” 🌲🫀

Great idea for strawberries as once the plant sends out it's runners, i will then plant them in those side holes

How wonderful would this be to have a number of these in every neighbourhood. If you do not have one around you, then start a seed exchange up, and help your community to become self sufficient and box store toxin free.
