Weather Modification has been taking place for decades - one example being Operation Popeye in the Vietnam War.

Despite the hundreds of weather modification/geoengineering patents, declassified government documents, Operation Popeye, chemtrail whistleblowers, etc, weather modification has always been labeled as a "cOnSpIrAcY tHeOrY" by the mainstream media.

However, over the last few years especially, the mainstream media and world governments now admit to Geoengineering and try to sell it to the masses as a method of "combating 'climate change.'"

Quite ironic once you realize that the Geoengineering programs are the only things changing the climate in any unnatural manner.
