We come from NATURE and go back to NATURE.
It's imperative that we cultivate a good relationship with it while we are still breathing.
It's easy to get caught up in the city life, drama and the fake fear mongering news.
Then comes the seasons which some make excuses for.. For example winter, this is also part of nature! Learn to adapt and find ways to ground yourself like a walk in the park, hugging a tree and when the sun does peak to meditate a few moments.
For the ones living in tropical countries please take advantage as much as you can and make it a priority in your day to day life.
In the midst of chaos nature will always show us how to thrive. It's important that we take time to unplug and enjoy the simple beauty of life when observing nature.
PEACE

🇵🇰 Pakistan's Indus High Valley are some of the most complex and diverse petroglyphs on the planet.
Ancient Shatial glyphs on the Karakoram road in the Gilgit-Baltistan region date back to the stone age to the birth of Islam. Glyphs cover rocks spanning more than 100 kilometers.
The writings and drawings cover several languages and religions, and symbolize people dating back over 10,000 years.
Sadly some of these magnificent sculptures are being jeopardized by the modern hydroelectric projects planned in the Indus Valley.
