-Left and Right movement
-Up and Down
-Making a circle with movement of eyes
-Opening and closing eyes
-Inward and outward focus with eyes
-Clockwise and anticlockwise direction
Do 2 reps of each exercise.
One rep is 10 times.
Do whenever you feel eye strain.
