Song i dowloaded back in 2019 from a play store app

Hello, I've been looking for a song I once downloaded on my old Samsung tablet for several years. In 2019 I was looking for apps where you could download music and one caught my eye. It was a kind of sound library that you could download. In this library 3/4 of the songs were the kind of music you usually found in children's YouTube videos, happy music typical of those you found at the time. But one song in particular caught my attention, this music was called "Aurora". The style of the music had completely nothing to do with the rest of the songs. It was a poor quality 80s-90s rock song. The music contained a guitar that played the same melody throughout the song, a deep voice a bit like Statues in Motion, a drummer who played especially during the instrumental and a synth that played the same notes throughout the song. The song felt like a demo and didn't sound finished, I've been looking for it for 4 years since I had to delete it due to lack of space on the device. Today I still don't know if I'll ever be able to find it again and listen to it again

After finishing the series, I let go of so many things, yet one stuck with me

>!And it was the death of John Locke. The beloved believer of the island and one of the best TV deuteragonist. !<

>!Yeah, that is right, out of all the deaths in the series, I can probably say this is the one death I had a hard time dealing with. But was it really Locke dying that made me sad? The answer is no. !<

>!Of course, Locke dying was fairly sad, because he was choked with the very rope he almost hanged himself with. But his death was beyond that. The idea of John Locke dying is what's truly sad. !<

>!MIB explaining it to Linus is what makes this death really touching. "Do you want to know what he was thinking while you, choked the life out of him, Benjamin? What the last thought ran through his head was? 'I don't understand' "!<

>!The sadness come from the confusion Locke suffered whilst dying. He did not understand why he was going to die. Ever since he came to the island, he had the idea of being special. Being chosen and there he was getting his life chocked out of him. It represented betrayal of meaning, not just the loss of life. Most “sad” film deaths are manipulations of attachment; the sinking ship, the unjust execution, the sacrificial hero. You already know what you’re supposed to feel, so it becomes predictable.!<

>!Locke’s arc was about faith: his conviction that the island gave him purpose, that his suffering was redeemed by destiny. His end, however, obliterates that narrative. It’s not just that he dies, it’s that he dies confused, stripped of the very framework that justified his existence. “I don’t understand” is worse than tragedy. It’s purely humiliation.!<

>!That's what really shocked me to my core. It forced me to recognize how fragile meaning is. If even the “believer” can die uncomprehending, then belief itself is vulnerable. And that’s a deeper cruelty than any cinematic tear-jerker.!<

Another first time finisher here, while I have many questions, this one sticks with me the most…

Just finished the series over the course of four months. Obviously I feel hollow now and have many questions, most of which I’m sure I’ll work out myself by rumination or by reading through this sub more, which I’ve avoided until now for obvious reasons. But I do have a question regarding the ‘passage of island protection’ that happens a few times in the last episode(s). When Jacob ‘passes this on’ to Jack, he gives him something to drink after saying some other language words over it. Jack drinks it. Jacob does his whole iconic ’You’re like me now’ thing. Kate then asks him if he feels any different, which kinda read like asking him if he now feels like an immortal protector of a crazy ass island. Jack replies that he doesn’t really feel different at all. Sure.

Later, when Jack passes that on to Hurly before he goes back down into Glow Cave, he does the same: take an empty water bottle that Ben gave him (y’all, I got teary when Ben just did as told and stared all wide eyed, didn’t say shit, and just… was) filled it with water and gave it to Hurly to drink. No enchanted other language words spoken over it, just some puddle water. Jack says to Hurly you’re like me now, reflecting Jacob’s words.

My question(s) is this: was this ‘handing over the torch’ ritual actually… anything? Did it do anything? Was it just symbolic? Did it give them any special immunity/immortality that Jacob had as his mother had passed to him or was it just kinda for show?

How did Tom know the island won't let Michael? S4E8

How did Tom know the island won't let Michael kill himself?

If Ben is not in contact with Jacob, how did Tom receive this knowledge about the magic protection that wouldn't let Michael kill himself?

Who told Tom and who told whoever told Tom?

Why does sun change her last name?

I'm on s6 and the characters are refering to sun as sun kwon. I know most american audiences won't know that koreans don't change their last name after marriage, but it's interesting that no one's talking about it.
