I finished watching LOST for the first time and I believe it is one of the best TV show to exist

Don't know if this is the right place but there's a book I need help finding that I read in 7th or 8th grade so I know I'm not insane
It starts with a girl and her mom with the mom forsing her daughter on a trip to a farm the only important things I remember is that a cow gives birth and that the cow does later. and I think the daughter knows when it will give birth before any one else

Rewatching Lost and I’m confused about one thing.
So I'm doing a rewatch, and something keeps bugging me. Every time the show cuts between the island and the "outside world," the timeline feels a bit off. Like, sometimes it feels synced, sometimes it feels like the island is moving weirdly compared to everything else.
Did the writers ever actually explain how the time flow was supposed to work? Or is it just one of those things we're all supposed to shrug at?
I don't remember caring about this the first time around, but now I'm like… wait, what?

jack’s main “theme” throughout season 1
While rewatching season 1, i noticed a common theme centered around Jack. It starts in episode 3, where Jack is searching the plane for supplies to save the marshal, and inside he finds Sawyer. They talk, and after a bit, Sawyer says something along the lines of “how far are you willing to go to save him?”
Another example is when Boone is dying, and Jack tries everything, goes incredibly far to try and save him, knowing deep down that he can’t.
Another not as great example is when Charlie is dying. Kate tells him that he is basically already dead, but Jack keeps on going, going as far as he can. In the end, it ends up working, though.
So, the theme i have gathered here is that Jack is willing to go incredibly far just to save someone. Are there any other examples of this? Is this still established past season 1?

A question about Amy Goodspeed and child.
So we know that women who get pregnant on the island die in pregnancy. As far as I can ascertain he got pregnant on the island and delivered on the island, and was healthy afterwards. Plot hole or did I miss something?

im kinda sad they finally left and it sucks seeing Jack like that too im not gonna lie.
S3 was definitely my favorite of the first 3 i think, but how good are the next couple seasons?
How did you guys like the finale of S3?

Henry Gale
I feel like Henry Gale is such a big name in Lost, every fan knows the name and offcourse not because we seen him but because Ben used his name for a while.
But after season 2 he is never mentioned again.
After watching season 5 i wonder if they missed their opportunity to give him a small part while our losties are time travelling.
Just like when Sawyer watched Claire give birth i feel like a character could have a small interaction with him. Maybe the moment he crashes, maybe a talk or maybe the murder itself, something…
Feels like its missing from the series for me.
If not, at least then maybe a cameo in a flashback of somebody.
I just feel his name is so big in the universe the original character deserved some screentime.

Starting S4
so im gonna start S4 tonight I think, and I was just wondering if they do land all of this and have a great finale (mostly because I remember watching GOT and being so invested then they straight up threw all the potential out the window with the last 2 seasons).
especially because it looks like we are moving away from the island and will go to their normal lives and stuff, but still really excited to see how Jack got like that, what will happen with Des and Penny, where Locke goes after, and like everybody else's story.
honestly just asking this because most ppl say S4 and S5 are their favorites and just kinda worried if there's a big fall off in S6 or something.

Despite the most "troubled" background, Sayid is the most decent person on the island. Bravo Abrams! Also why is he allowed to be this hot? T.T
