1. 播放器占位图：加载目标为音频或者视频还未加载出来时，将使用封面作为占位图（如果封面存在的话）
2. 设置-自动刷新：进入播放列表自动刷新

1. Player placeholder: When the target is audio or the video has not yet loaded, the cover image will be used as a placeholder (if the cover image exists).
2. Settings - Auto refresh: Automatically refresh the playlist when entering it.

1.12版本将是早期开发的最后一个版本，android端的开发预计会持续到2023年5月中旬，之后我会把大部分精力放在将应用迁移到iOS平台和Desktop平台上。
