正常的布局：左上视频，左下简介，右边从上到下是推荐和评论 睿智的布局：左上视频，左下简介和评论，右边是推荐，而且视频那边往下划看评论视频位置不变
原来点这个可以右侧显示评论
然后暂停视频之后向上划动视频会折叠
