我又双叒叕来造轮子了，其实是之前设置壁纸再利用。
简单来说需求就是 Google Photos 打开 TG 中长图原图无法正常缩放至可读大小，但是我又不想再装个图库专门为了看长图，于是做了这个。
目前问题和设置壁纸一样，不能缩放。（在学了在学了手头忙完就学怎么搞
