BAT 创建新视频流标准

中国三大互联网巨头 BAT（字节跳动、阿里巴巴和腾讯）宣布 创建一种新视频流标准——“超低延迟直播协议信号标准（ultra-low latency live broadcast protocol signalling standard）”。新标准旨在解决视频流启动的问题，BAT 称现有的流媒体用户需要等待三到六秒钟才能开始观看视频，新标准试图将这一启动时间减少到一秒钟甚至半秒。新技术可能是基于 WebRTC，BAT 称 WebRTC 缺乏鲁棒的初始信号功能。新标准的代码尚未公开。

Arch Linux 诞生二十年。2002 年 3 月 11 日，代号为 Homer 的 Arch Linux 发布了 v0.1 版本，当时使用的是 Linux kernel 2.4.18。Arch Linux 是一个滚动更新发行版，保持软件处于最新的稳定版本，Valve 刚刚上市的掌机 Steam Deck 运行的就是基于 Arch Linux 的 SteamOS，Arch Linux 的滚动更新满足了 SteamOS 快速迭代和向玩家提供最佳游戏体验的需求。
