功能不变，但是更新了依赖和 target sdk 反而可能引入 bug
不过关键的修改其实是把 GitHub Actions 用来 release 的流程理顺了：
从原来提交 PR 自动开启 Release 变成了手动启动，原本更新内容靠 PR 的内容（最近也用 Gemini 生成了），现在改成了直接根据 commit 记录往上列。
也就是说下一波更新其他 App 的时候能用上了。
然后呢就是这一波腹泻更新不是没有理由的，除了脑子里有新想法也是正好有个相对自由安排的时间，进入七月大概要搞其他事情去了。
至于 cd 多长不好说搞不好就是一年。
没有把 SDK 升到 16 有点遗憾。（是忘了
