首先这次记得改版本号了，然后就是虽然昨天晚上修好了通知渠道，但是 Sleep Timer 只能静音不能（通过获取音频焦点）暂停播放。
看了看思路没问题，可能是新版本 Android 加强对于后台管控的问题，于是又改了改，现在理论上应该可以了。（但是也不确定）
