干了一件特别弱智的事情。
换手机之后就没有过电量提醒了，但是有充电上限了就没太在意。
昨天又整代码就干脆拿这个仔细看看，终于发现了问题：
到达预订值进行提醒的逻辑放在了 DND 判定里，也就是说只有 DND 设置打开才会提醒，然后我又设置了个默认关闭 DND 选项，因此就没有提醒了。
现在修好了
