She was a blond homemaker of medium size with brown eyes and an oval face without unique physical denoscriptors.
The stamps on the first page are likely from the border crossing of the Second Polish Republic.
Passports issued by the Ukrainian Consulates in Berlin and Vienna looked differently and included German translations.
This passport is stored in the State Archive of the Ternopil Oblast of Ukraine.
