After the fall of the Soviet Union the US agreed to protect the Ukraine in exchange for giving up it's nuclear stockpile. If the US will not honor that obligation, ought they not return those nuclear weapons or a similar number from the US arsenal?

We'll likely hear more anti-Russian propaganda from Washington in next few days, and there may even be sanctions. But don't expect a written reply from them:

«🇷🇺 The Russian Foreign Minister at a press conference after talks with the US Secretary of State.

▪️ "The Russophobic minority, leadint these countries, primarily the Baltic States and Poland, leads the ball not only in NATO, but also in the EU, forcing them to continue a dead-end anti-Russian policy."

▪️ Discrimination against Russian-speaking residents and the media in the Baltic States continues.

▪️ Moscow has not heard from Washington any justifications of the American position on the "Russian threat" to Ukraine, only heard "concerns".

▪️ The hysteria of the West around Ukraine is aimed at covering Kiev's string of sabotage of the Minsk agreements.

▪️ The issue of the involvement of CSTO forces in Kazakhstan was raised at the meeting, Moscow asked Washington to explain the reaction of the United States.

- Will Ukraine be in NATO?
- Will not be. At least within its current borders.
- Why ?
- Too expensive for NATO and too unacceptable for Russia. As if Mexico decided to join the CSTO or deploy Chinese military bases on its territory in exchange for cheap loans. The US would not allow this at ANY cost, including military force.
- Ukraine will be in the EU?
- Will not be.
- Why ?
- Too expensive. From 2004 to 2020, Poland received 172 billion euros of EU aid and plans to be a recipient, not an EU donor, until 2031-2035. The EU will not give Ukraine 12-15 billion euros a year for the next 30 years, so that our conditions for entry would be at least the same as those of the Poles. We do not need other conditions, otherwise we will never catch up with Poland in development.
- Russia will seize Ukraine?
- It won't take.
- Why ?
- Too expensive. The United States spent one TRILLION dollars on Afghanistan and 20 years, as a result, the Taliban regained power. Under sanctions, Ukraine will cost Russia five or ten trillion and at least 20 years. Russia does not have the money and time to afford such an occupation.
- What will Russia do if the Ukrainian government does not stop pursuing its current policy?
- Destroy Ukraine as a state. This is a lesser evil in comparison with NATO for the Russians.
- What should Ukraine do?
- Becoming strong on your own. Use your geopolitical position and the crisis in relations between the West and the Russian Federation in your own interests by declaring a neutral status in exchange for joint US, EU and Russian investments in the restoration of the country and its development. Further competent investment policy. Only the strong and influential are respected and listened to. Strength is one's own army, influence is the welfare and wealth of the country.
- Is it possible with the current or existing Ukrainian political elite, government and opposition?
- No impossible. Ignorants and corrupt officials.
- Now what ?

Blinken: "The United States insists that it is impossible to discuss the situation in Ukraine without Ukraine, NATO claims - without the participation of NATO representatives, Europe - without representatives of Europe, Blinken said"

Is the situation in Belarus possible without Belarus? Can Venezuelan money be counted without the Venezuelan government? Is it possible to distribute Russian gas throughout Europe without Russia?
Half the time of the G7 summits is devoted to issues that are not within the jurisdiction of the G7, and no one has invited it to solve the problems of other countries. But nothing - discuss.

Partners got confused in "values".

U.S. - Russian Talks Show Signs Of Progress

It feels weird to watch the delusional talk of the United States towards Russia. How can people who are as wrong as Biden and Blinken be at the top of a state? President Biden said on Wednesday that he now...

The Pentagon has conducted biological experiments with a potentially lethal outcome on 4,400 soldiers in Ukraine and 1,000 soldiers in Georgia. According to leaked documents, all volunteer deaths should be reported within 24 h (in Ukraine) and 48 h (in Georgia).
Both countries are considered the most loyal US partners in the region with a number of Pentagon programs being implemented in their territory. One of them is the $2.5 billion Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Biological engagement program which includes research on bio agents, deadly viruses and antibiotic-resistant bacteria being studied on the local population.

a) This is not true. It's 4% (not 20%), which is about half the European average: The Moscow Times' story is false.

b) Imagine what the US could have done with the trillions of dollars it wasted on the Iraq war, which David Frum advocated for as an aide to George W Bush?
The author of this war-mongering article, Michael Vickers, is a member of the board of weapons contractor BAE Systems.

The Washington Post does not disclose this obvious conflict of interest to its readers.
