Закон про #2124 о боевом иммунитете не освобождает от уголовной ответственности за убийство в таких случаях. Однако в условиях войны найти, задержать и осудить виновных просто не реально.
А генпрокурор просто тупо врет, как и вся власть. Никто искать людей, расставлявших семью с ребенком не будет ‼️

Truth: The video shows damaged Ukrainian equipment. On it, despite severe damage, an anti-cumulative grille is visible in a lateral projection. On Russian technology, anti-cumulative screens and dynamic protection have a completely different design, the traditional type of grille is only above the turret of some tanks, as a way to protect against Javelin anti-tank missiles.
