LPR: During the retreat, the Ukrainian national battalions blew up tanks with chemicals, presumably with hydrochloric acid, at the Zarya factory in Rubizhne.
According to local sources, there is now no communication in the city and shelling is intensifying, which complicates the evacuation of the population.
