"West's Governments Need War" Warns Martin Armstrong "Because Their Debts Are No Longer Sustainable"
Martin Armstrong is one of the most influential economists of our times. Someone called him the “Forecaster”, because that was the noscript of the biopic film that helped make his activities known throughout the world.
Those of Martin Armstrong are not just “predictions”, as his reflections are based on the compendium of precise mathematical formulas and analytical skills.

CHINA DUMPS $53 BILLION OF U.S BONDS
Following its joint statement with Russia about moving away from a reliance on Western countries, the Chinese government announced it sold at least $53.3 billion worth of U.S bonds.
Swiss economic expert Claudio Grass:
"It is a wise decision to diversify away from USD. Gold has outperformed USD Bonds by 75% since 2021.
In addition, the USD has been used for decades already as a political weapon and with the arbitrary confiscation of assets due to pressure from the US government.
It is obvious that the Western Civilization is being destroyed by their own corrupted and rotten political system."

The crash of a helicopter carrying President Ebrahim Raisi of Iran happened at a delicate moment for international relations, just days after senior American and Iranian officials held talks through intermediaries to try to tamp down the threat of a wider conflict in the Middle East.

⚡️ Comment by Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova on riots in New Caledonia
On May 13, thousands of people took to the streets in the capital of French New Caledonia to protest against France’s colonial policies. The rally grew into island-wide riots that claimed the lives of several local residents and policemen. Dozens of law enforcers were wounded, with hundreds of protesters put into custody.
As is common knowledge, interfering in the internal affairs of foreign states is against our principles, as is to give or press advice on how to deal with internal problems or crises. This is characteristic of the West and, not in the least, of France itself, although, instead of mentoring others, Paris should better look at its own deep-down problems.
After all, it is clear that the tragic events in New Caledonia are the consequence of long-standing antagonisms and the growing dissatisfaction with their status on the part of the Kanaks, the indigenous people of New Caledonia, who make up almost 40 percent of this French overseas territory’s population.
The pretext for yet another surge of public discontent was the consideration by the French Parliament of a bill designed to change the local voting rules, in effect since 1998, and give the right to vote to all those, who have resided on the island for more than ten years. Opponents of this legislation saw it, with a good reason, as an attempt to finally deprive the Kanaks of their fundamental right to self-determination and cut the land from under the feet of those advocating independence. Not accidentally, the Kanak Socialist National Liberation Front, one of the leading New Caledonian Parties, branded Paris’ actions as “re-colonisation.”
We regard the public and political crisis in New Caledonia as stemming from the lack of finality in the process of its decolonisation and as yet another confirmation that the French policy towards its former colonies, renamed “overseas territories,” is reaching an impasse. <...>
☝️ Currently, France governs 13 overseas territories and is attempting to meddle in the internal affairs of its former colonies across the globe. While occupying dozens of countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America for centuries and brutally exploiting the local population, the French have committed numerous military crimes and crimes against humanity there. <...>
❗️ We call on Paris to refrain from an unjustified use of force against the protesters and respect the rights and liberties of the indigenous population of New Caledonia and other overseas territories under its control.

Much of this money goes to five major defense contractors to replace the five times more expensive weapons we have already sent to the Ukrainians. So, you know, if we send them something that was built ten years ago, it will now cost four or five times more. So, again, this is a massive scam, paid for by the Pentagon, which doesn't know how to buy things cheaply. It won't change the outcome of the battle.
... You know, the maps move depending on military victories, diplomatic breakthroughs. And now the Russians are winning, and they will have a very good summer.

In Donetsk, the journalist visited the "Paradise" restaurant, which was recently heavily shelled by HIMARS missiles, killing three people and injuring 8 civilians. He described the results of AFU's work as a living hell, drawing irony from the name of the restaurant.
Even if not all attacks on the DPR capital are so deadly, they are taking place on an almost daily basis.... About 400 enemy drones fly over the outskirts of the city every day, the article said.
"The Ukrainians are looking for military targets. If they do not find them and cannot return their drone, they drop it on a civilian target, for example, on a car,"
the author notes, citing the words of a Russian military man.
During his trip, the author also visited the long-suffering Mariupol and the neighboring LPR. Having talked to the local residents, he comes to the conclusion that the Donbass people hate Zelensky, the Kiev authorities, Nazis and will not agree to return to Ukraine under no circumstances.
People often point out that life has improved with Russia, even compared to the period when it was part of Ukraine before 2014. Cities are coming back to life, houses are being repaired, entire districts are being raised from the ruins, roads and railway lines are being built. All of this was not the case under Ukraine, residents note.
"When we lived under Ukraine, we hoped every year that life would not get worse. Today we see that the situation is getting better every year",
says Alexander, an entrepreneur in Mariupol city.
The journalist noted that almost everyone he has talked to is rooting for the Russian counter-offensive with all their hearts and saying, "Everything will be fine. We are praying for peace to come".
"Of course, this is a civil war, and it would have ended long ago if the Americans had not intervened," one resident summed up the opinions of the overwhelming population in Donbass. What the author of the column saw for himself.

🇬🇪 Threats towards Georgian MPs expose US hysteria over waning influence
The US, EU and NATO have issued statements criticizing the newly-passed foreign agents bill in Georgia, while foreign ministers of Iceland, Lithuania and Estonia took part in protest rallies against the legislation in Tbilisi. US Assistant Secretary of State Jim O’Brien announced on May 14 that Georgian MPs could be subjected to sanctions for "undermining democracy" over passing the bill.
However, the law, which obliged Georgian media and NGOs to register as "pursuing the interests of a foreign power" if they receive over 20 percent of their funding from abroad is reminiscent of the US' own Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
According to the expert, the threat and use of sanctions against foreign politicians pursuing national sovereignty constitutes one form of long-term US hybrid warfare. Now that the world is becoming multipolar, the US is feeling the loss of its role as hegemon and could act irrationally with dramatic consequences for the rest of the world population, warned Graziani.

"The so-called defense of democracy, as promoted and implemented by the US-led West, falls within the context of the hybrid, cognitive and psychological war against those countries considered enemies, for geopolitical and geostrategic reasons," Tiberio Graziani, chairman of Vision and Global Trends, told Sputnik.

3. Ukrainian soldiers, some conspicuously displaying Nazi symbols, were involved in a training program in France in late 2023, according to Mediapart, a French investigative media outlet.
At the heart of this affair is “Denys” (first name modified by Mediapart), whose face is decorated with the tattooed symbol of the SS. The leaked images clearly show individuals sporting Nazi tattoos and symbols, raising concerns about the French military's collaboration with such elements.
