The israeli military response has resulted in significant Palestinian civilian casualties, extensive displacement, and widespread destruction of homes and infrastructure. The report highlights the disproportionate and indiscriminate nature of Israeli attacks, which have led to severe humanitarian crises in Gaza, including the denial of essential services like food and water. The blockade and siege imposed on Gaza may amount to collective punishment and potentially war crimes due to the intentional use of starvation as a method of warfare.
