How #China could take #Taiwan without even need of military actions
One major step China could take is a “gray zone” quarantine led not by the military but by the coast guard and other law enforcement forces.
Rather than sealing off the island, a quarantine would aim to demonstrate China’s ability to exert control over Taiwan.
China does not even need to entirely surround the island to impose a quarantine.
