According to 🇺🇦TG channel rezident_ua,
Ukraine is withdrawing western air defense systems and some of the launchers for ATACMS missiles (which were placed on dry cargo ships) from Odessa.
The main reason is that Russian reconnaissance UAVs have been working over Odessa for the last month and correcting missile attacks on military targets.

BREAKING: The European Court of Justice rules EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen violated European law by keeping the mRNA vaccine contracts secret.
The ECJ has ruled today that the Commission did not give sufficient access to the purchase agreements and considers that the executive’s decision to publish only redacted versions of the contracts contains irregularities.
According to the Court, the Commission “did not demonstrate that wider access to those clauses would actually undermine the commercial interests of those undertakings”.
