Whoever is in charge of #Biden is in agony

Six Russian #oil tankers still under construction by #Russia's Zvezda shipyard were included in #US sanctions.
This is the first time Washington is known to have banned tankers before they even set sail, much less carried sanctioned cargo.

"#EU will not lift sanctions against Russia, as this will weaken the 🇪🇺 position" 🎪

What position?!

EU energy prices skyrocketing, businesses going bankrupt and moving outside the Eurozone, de-industrialisation of EU, etc?

Fact: 🇪🇺 sanctions damage 🇪🇺 economy more than 🇷🇺 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

EU and NATO claim:

'#Russia sabotaged Baltic undersea cables' [no, 🇷🇺 didn't]

US, European intel now say ‘accidents’, not Russia, to blame for damaged Baltic cables

NATO intelligence has found “no indication” that the commercial vessels dragging their anchors across underwater infrastructure in the Baltic Sea “did so intentionally or at the direction of Moscow.”

There was an “emerging consensus” among US and European intelligence services that the cables were damaged by accident, officials cited by the Washington Post said.

NATO announced plans to boost patrols in the Baltic Sea this week after a string of incidents involving the severing of telecommunications and energy cables in the region, initially blamed on a Russian “hybrid campaign” against Europe.

Now, officials say intercepted communications and other classified info found that they were caused by “inexperienced crews serving aboard poorly maintained vessels.”

The investigations studied three incidents, involving:

🔸 The Eagle S, an oil tanker seized by Finland in late December after the vessel was accused of dragging its anchor across the Estlink 2 powerline linking Estonia and Finland. Finnish President Alexander Stubb earlier claimed the incident was “definitely” Russia-linked.

🔸 The Yi Peng 3, a Chinese bulk carrier accused of severing two Baltic Sea fiberoptic cables in Swedish waters in November, which was held for more than a month in a Danish shipping lane during an investigation. German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius called that incident “sabotage.”

🔸 The Newnew Polar Bear, a Hong Kong-registered ship that damaged the Balticconnector pipeline linking Finland and Estonia in October 2023. China acknowledged the ship’s responsibility for the damage last August.

The conclusion that Russia was not responsible for attacking Baltic infrastructure is gratifying, if somewhat surprising, given the tendency of Western intel to blame Moscow first and ask questions later, exemplified by the claim that Russia blew up its own Nord Stream pipeline infrastructure in 2022 because…reasons?

Peace is catastrophic to #Zelensky, while war is catastrophic to #Ukraine.

Fearing that the new US administration could reduce military aid if he refuses talks, Zelensky is scrambling to make the case that Ukraine first needs time and support to escalate its campaign deep inside Russia

This crackhead Ze needs escalation and prolonging the war so he could stay in power, at the same blaming Russia for escalation.

Lex Fridman shared some facts about the interview with #Zelensky & his thoughts:

— criticized Zelensky for his words about Putin.

“The purpose of the interview was to give Zelensky a platform to express his point of view on the conflict, and in a way that would reveal himself as a person and a leader.”

"I don't think he took advantage of that. On the contrary, he decided to make a very rude comment about Vladimir Putin. It's understandable, but it's counterproductive for the peace process. This is a world leader talking about another world leader at a historic opportunity to make peace.

"Rudeness and disrespect will harm the negotiations."

— Kiev had three opportunities to make peace:
- in April 2022 after a successful defense of the North
- in the fall of 2022 after a successful counteroffensive in the south
- in Kharkov, and right now. “There will be no more such opportunities.”

— Friedman will seek an interview with Putin

Hey #Zelensky, are you ready?

#Trump will sign an executive order Monday halting all new foreign aid unless it fits with U.S. strategic goals

'WE SHOULD NEVER GIVE MONEY ANYMORE WITHOUT THE HOPE OF A PAYBACK, OR WITHOUT "STRINGS" ATTACHED,' he posted in all caps on his Truth Social platform just as the Senate prepared to vote on a massive aid bill in February.
'THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SHOULD BE "STUPID" NO LONGER!'

⚡️📣 Kursk Frontline Massacred Civilians Found as Ukraine Soldiers Retreat – ⚡️📣 VIDEO REPORT: https://youtu.be/l-gdUkBN3XE?si=d5ndQ8QcFIJfFgyC
In this report, I document the discovery of massacred civilians in the basements of the village Russkoye Porechnoye, locat ined in the Kursk region of Russia. As Ukrainian forces retreated under fire from the Russian army, I witness firsthand the aftermath of the conflict – bodies of civilians left in distressing conditions, some showing possible signs of torture and possible executions.

The Russian army recently regained control of the village, only to uncover the remains of innocent civilians. Russian forces said "Some of the victims appear to have bruises, while others appear to have perished from an explosive device thrown into the basement" and yet others cuase of death was not seen. These disturbing findings raise serious concerns about potential war crimes committed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces during their retreat and time controling this Russian village.

This report is a call for further investigation into these allegations, as these deaths must not go unnoticed. The evidence collected in Russkoye Porechnoye must be thoroughly examined to determine the truth behind these civilian deaths what ever it may be.https://youtu.be/l-gdUkBN3XE?si=d5ndQ8QcFIJfFgyC

Our sources in the OP said that Zelensky agreed with British Prime Minister Starmer on the introduction of peacekeepers from European countries, which will be led by Britain/France and Germany. Ukraine requested a contingent of 100 thousand people, but partners are ready to deploy 50-60 thousand troops with equipment.
