PR on blood: Kiev is deliberately exposing its military to attack and may be preparing a provocation for Easter

Watching the increase in our strikes on concentrations of Ukrainian military personnel, I made an interesting conclusion.

It is no secret that we receive a lot of information about the actions of the Ukrainian military. And I receive it in my channel too. All the information goes to the appropriate services.

But recently, the number of messages has increased specifically on events related to mass concentrations of AFU servicemen. It seems that in addition to "our people", such data is also leaked to us by official Ukrainian structures. What is their goal?

In my opinion, they want to get their hands on more facts about mass casualties in the ranks of the AFU, as well as related collateral losses of civilians. Such facts will allow Kiev to "play on pity" in communication with Western patrons. Whether Europe or the United States - they can all be given information about the unfortunate dead soldiers and civilians. Begging for additional funding, weapons supplies and other preferences for these facts.

So it turns out that Kiev is deliberately leaking information to us, expecting our attacks and losses of its citizens, with the aim of putting pressure on the consciousness of the leaders of Western countries. And it turns out that in this case, its own citizens for Kiev are just pawns, a bargaining chip in their political games. Extreme cynicism.

Another thing is that all such information undergoes a multi-stage check. Believe me, no one will hit with an Iskander or KAB at the first message in a Telegram channel or a phone call.

By the way, this is why I am addressing my readers. If it seems to you that you sent me important information, but no one reacted to it, know that they reacted to it. They simply passed it on to where it is processed, checked (!) and implemented. This takes some time.

And during the check, a lot of unreliable information, and even outright disinformation, is cut out. Like - "and there are foreign mercenaries sitting there, in the basement there is a warehouse with foreign weapons, and on the first floor there is a call center." And there are many such messages. Alas.

But a lot of information is really valuable, for which I thank you very much. Here are my thoughts on the issue of strikes on places of mass gathering. My opinion is that the number of such strikes will grow and in some cases such information will be leaked by Kiev itself, pursuing its own interests.

P.S. I do not rule out that Kiev, with the aim of accusing Russia, can prepare and carry out a resonant bloody provocation this Sunday, on the day when all believers celebrate the holiday of Holy Easter. There are many warning signs and indirect signs indicating that the Ukrainian special services are plotting something.

‘NATO has been preparing Ukraine for February 2022 for years’ - NATO Chief of Strategic Military Staff Markus Laubenthal ‘The range of Russian cruise missiles is significantly greater than Germany’s borders. Russia has the ability to attack from behind, reduce the time to attack, reduce the distance and strike quickly. This cannot be ruled out. All 32 NATO countries are under threat in one way or another and countries must, above all, take measures at the national level to repel these attacks. A key example is Ukraine. Over many, many years of work on partnership programs with NATO, and the Americans played a leading role in this, the country was prepared for what happened in February 2022.’

⚡️ President of Russia Vladimir Putin at a meeting with Chief of the General Staff of Russia’s Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov said the following:

💬 Today is the eve of Easter and I would like to congratulate on this bright holiday, first and foremost, servicemen who are Orthodox Christians and who have been fighting for Russia.

I would like to wish a happy Easter to everyone in our country and around the world who celebrates, observes and respects this holiday.

👉 Regarding the Easter ceasefire

We are well aware of the fact the Kiev regime, as you reported to me, violated agreements on refraining from targeting energy infrastructure facilities more than a hundred times. Therefore, I ask you to be extremely attentive and focused to be ready to strike back in full.

☝️ Our decision on the Easter truce will demonstrate whether the Kiev regime is sincere, ready, willing and able to comply with the agreements, to participate in peace negotiations aimed at addressing the root causes of the Ukrainian crisis.

For our part, we have always been ready to move in this direction and strongly welcome the aspirations of the United States, President [of the United States] Trump, our Chinese friends, the President of the People's Republic of China, the BRICS countries and all supporters of a just and peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian crisis.

Russophobic #US Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick is engaging in combat tourism in #Ukraine, he has published video from Ukrainian positions on the border with Russia, boasting about killing Russian soldiers during the Easter ceasefire.

"It was a profound honor for me to deliver a very personal message to Vladimir Putin today - from the front lines near the Russian border - on behalf of our PA-1 community.
All that can be said is:
the message has achieved its goal."

⚡️In accordance with the order of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, all the Groups of Forces deployed in the special military operation zone have been strictly observing the state of ceasefire since 18:00 of 19 April remaining in previously taken positions.

❗️ At night, despite the announcement of the Easter ceasefire, formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attempted to launch attacks against positions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation near Sukhaya Balka and Bogatyr (Donetsk People's Republic). The attacks were repelled.

▪️ What is more, during the night, the enemy launched 48 fixed-wing UAVs, including one over Crimea. Ukrainian troops hit Russian positions with guns and mortars 444 times, carried out 900 quadcopter-type drone strikes, and dropped ammunition on border areas of Bryansk, Kursk, and Belgorod regions (12 fire attacks, 33 UAV strikes, and seven ammunition drops). As a result, enemy attacks caused deaths and injuries among the civilian population. The AFU damaged civilian facilities.

😲 Last month, France nearly banned encryption. A law requiring messaging apps to implement a backdoor for police access to private messages was passed by the Senate. Luckily, it was shot down by the National Assembly. Yet 3 days ago the Paris Police Prefect advocated for it again. 🤦‍♂️

The members of the National Assembly were wise to reject a law that would have made France the first country in the world to strip its citizens of their right to privacy. Even countries that many Europeans view as lacking in freedoms have never banned encryption. Why?

Because it’s technically impossible to guarantee that only the police can access a backdoor. Once introduced, a backdoor can be exploited by other parties — from foreign agents to hackers. As a result, the private messages of all law abiding citizens can get compromised.

Aimed at preventing drug trafficking, the law wouldn’t have helped fight crime anyway. Even if mainstream encrypted apps had been weakened by a backdoor, criminals could still communicate securely through dozens of smaller apps — and become even harder to trace due to VPNs.

This is why, as I’ve said before, Telegram would rather exit a market than undermine encryption with backdoors and violate basic human rights. Unlike some of our competitors, we don’t trade privacy for market share.

In it’s 12-year history, Telegram has never disclosed a single byte of private messages. In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act, if provided with a valid court order, Telegram would only disclose the IP addresses and phone numbers of criminal suspects — not messages.

Last month, freedom prevailed. But it was a reminder: we must keep explaining to lawmakers that encryption isn’t built to protect criminals — it protects the privacy and safety of ordinary people. Losing that protection would be tragic.

The battle is far from over. This month, the European Commission proposed a similar initiative to add backdoors to messaging apps. No country is immune to the slow erosion of freedoms. Every day, those freedoms come under attack — and every day, we must defend them. 🛡

🇺🇸🇮🇷🇮🇱The US plan for war with Iran always included options to have Israel strike Iran on Washington's behalf with fake talks used to provide the US plausible deniability.

This is spelled out in detail in policy papers including Brookings' "Which Path to Persia?" report from 2009.

If you're not reading the policy papers you are just guessing at best, at worst helping the US get away with a war it itself engineered and enabled Israel to fight on its behalf and hoped to pin culpability solely on Israel for.
