Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Nebenzia:

Russia is "in principle" ready to consider the possibility of a ceasefire in Ukraine, but there will be no new "Minsk" agreement.

The ceasefire must include a halt to arms supplies to Kiev and mobilisation in Ukraine.

Other important statements made at the UN Security Council meeting requested by Russia:

▪️It is necessary to first work out the terms of a peace agreement, and then discuss a ceasefire;

▪️Europe does not miss the opportunity to bring the Americans back to its side and, therefore, does not hesitate to tell any lie towards Russia;

▪️The Russian Armed Forces are capable of continuing and increasing combat operations for as long as necessary. They are successfully advancing along the entire front line.

▪️Zelensky does not want military action to stop because he is afraid of losing power. After all, he will have to hold elections and answer for the stolen money.

▪️An attack like this would require months to prepare and would include a large amount of highly-specific intelligence only the United States could provide - and would have provided it knowing full well what it was being used for - in other words this is a US-facilitated attack Ukraine would have gotten US permission to carry out;

▪️ This further highlights how disingenuous US negotiations have been with Russia - there is no intent on ending the conflict - operations have continued - even escalated since President Trump took office;
