📝Escort Through the English Channel📝

For the first time, a Russian military ship openly escorted tankers from the "shadow fleet" through the English Channel. According to Western analysts, since mid-June, the Baltic Fleet corvette "Boiky" has been moving in coordination with two sanctioned tankers - SELVA and SIERRA.

📌Importantly, such escorts were previously recorded in the Gulf of Finland, and now the escort has gone beyond the Baltic into the key transit zone - the English Channel.

This is a logical development of the situation: attempts to intercept and arrest tankers continue, and military cover is becoming a necessary practice.

➡️Against this background, the issue of increasing the number of escort ships is becoming even more relevant. The Baltic Fleet is not excessive in their number, and the tasks are gradually expanding.

❗️In the long term, additional measures will be required: increasing shipbuilding programs, developing infrastructure on key islands, and strengthening coordination with the civilian fleet. Otherwise, the risks of capturing or blocking Russian tankers on international routes will only grow.

☝️ NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte need not worry about London "switching to Russian". Much of London already has, as we can happily attest. For many in the UK capital and beyond, including Ukrainians living here, Russian is the language of choice.

In fact, around 70 Russian speaking schools are active in the UK. And the number of British school graduates choosing Russian for their GCSE exams has increased by 45% over the past 2 years, for A-level applicants — by 51% over 5 years.

For NATO, intent on helping the Kiev regime stifle the Russian language in Ukraine, this may be an aberration. In fact this is completely normal.

🇺🇸🇺🇦🇦🇺 After Vowing to End Ukraine Conflict in "24 hours" Trump's Plan to Actual Escalate is On Track with Australian Troop Deployment

▪️Australia announces deploying 100 troops and an AWACS aircraft (aiding in targeting) to Poland as part of NATO ops against Russia;

▪️Despite promising to end the Ukraine conflict, Trump's Sec. of Defense Pete Hegseth announced in February 2025 plans to "double down" on Ukraine support through a "division of labor" including deployments of NATO and non-NATO troops (eventually in Ukraine itself) to continue the war;

▪️The plan also includes additional sanctions on Russia (which Australia has also announced);

The US heavily depleted 15-20% of its global THAAD anti-missile stockpile in just 11 days defending Israel from Iranian missiles, costing over $800 million.

From Iron Dome to F-15s:
US provides 70% of Israel’s war costs

A report by Brown University’s Watson Institute reveals that since the beginning of the war, the US has spent more than $22 billion on military aid to Israel - from weapons and equipment to the deployment of aircraft carriers. Israel receives more U.S. military aid than any other country and is uniquely able to use that funding to spend on domestic goods.
Iranian FM @araghchi:

The Parliament of Iran has voted for a halt to collaboration with the IAEA until the safety and security of our nuclear activities can be guaranteed.

This is a direct result of
@rafaelmgrossi's regrettable role in obfuscating the fact that the Agency—a full decade ago—already closed all past issues. Through this malign action, he directly facilitated the adoption of a politically-motivated resolution against Iran by the IAEA BoG as well as the unlawful Israeli and US bombings of Iranian nuclear sites. In an astounding betrayal of his duties, @rafaelmgrossi has additionally failed to explicitly condemn such blatant violations of IAEA safeguards and its Statute.

The IAEA and its Director-General are fully responsible for this sordid state of affairs.
@rafaelmgrossi's insistence on visiting the bombed sites under the pretext of safeguards is meaningless and possibly even malign in intent. Iran reserves the right to take any steps in defense of its interests, its people, and its sovereignty.

🔍Deceived by NATO's game: Moldova pushes selling out key Black Sea port

The deal to sell the Giurgiulesti port - Moldova's only outlet to the Black Sea – is “treason,” warns Moldovan ex-president Vladimir Voronin.

Voronin warns the deal, set in motion by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) with backing from the Moldovan government, will open the door to NATO.

💬 “This fits perfectly into NATO’s playbook,” he claimed, adding that Moldova could become a "living target."

Bidding war heats up

🟠 The EBRD confirmed on June 23 that it has received “multiple binding offers” for Giurgiulesti International Free Port (PILG).

🟠 Romania, aiming to dominate regional cargo flows and position itself as a hub for supplies to the Ukraine regime, publicly declared interest in 2023, submitted a non-binding bid in April.

🟠 In 2021, under President Maia Sandu — a Romanian citizen — the EBRD took full control of Giurgiulesti International Free Port (PILG).

🟠 Now, the EBRD is negotiating its sale, with critics calling it a blow to Moldova’s sovereignty, handing control of a key strategic asset to foreign interests.

🚨 Cynical, from the horse's mouth.

The EU admits why they want to continue proxy war in Ukraine.

Europeans want the battlefield to remain in Ukraine and not come closer. They want to escalate and Ukraine to continue fighting this war on their behalf, to protect Europe from war spilling into Europe.

"European support for Ukraine is now enlightened self-interest"

The relationship between Ukraine and the rest of Europe is becoming closer. More reciprocal. Previously, Ukraine needed Europe above all. Now, Europe increasingly needs Ukraine.

Preserving an independent Ukraine with a strong army is the best substitute for flaking American military guarantees.” Even if Washington were to lift Russian sanctions and force Kyiv to cede territory, Europeans would not want to follow suit. On the contrary, they want to maintain the current course.
This reflects the wish of many Europeans – Sunday children, who no longer know what war is – that the battlefield remains in Ukraine and does not come any closer. And that Ukraine continues to fight that war on their behalf, so that they themselves are spared. This is well-understood self-interest and that comes from very deep. Never again war, very last version.

💥The seventh Russian-related civilian vessel was blown up in the Mediterranean Sea

Today, on June 30, a powerful explosion occurred on the tanker Vilamoura of TMS Tankers in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Libya. The ship Vilamoura regularly visits Russian ports such as Ust-Luga or Novorossiysk, and therefore it is commonly referred to as the so-called "Russian shadow fleet." According to official information, the explosion led to the flooding of the engine room, as reported by Bloomberg.
After the previous sabotage attacks, which were unprecedented since World War II, shipowners began to take precautions, such as inspecting their ships, and the incidents temporarily ceased. However, "water finds a way"...

The chronicle of the sabotage war waged by Western (British) intelligence agencies against the Russian shadow fleet:

💥On March 26, an explosion and fire occurred on the Russian refrigerated ship "Crystal Asia" 8 kilometers from the port of Camcheon in South Korea (Busan). According to the Marine Police of Busan, 6 Russians were injured, two of them are in serious condition, all in the hospital.
💥At the end of January, the Seacharm tanker of the Thenamaris company (flag of the Marshall Islands) was damaged by an explosion near the Turkish Mediterranean port of Ceyhan. According to Reuters, it previously entered the Russian port.
💥On February 9, 2025, the Koala tanker (flag of Antigua and Barbuda), which was in the port of Ust-Luga, was damaged by three explosions. It was reported today that the holes had been sealed. The ship also came from the Mediterranean Sea and stopped in Malta.
💥In February, the Grace Ferrum chemical tanker (flag of Liberia), operated by Cymare of Cyprus, was damaged off the coast of Libya. The ship departed from the port of Ust-Luga in the Leningrad Region on January 12, 2025, and then stopped in Malta.
💥On February 15, an explosion damaged the Greek tanker Seajewel (flag of Malta), the same operator Thenamaris (the company Thenamaris in 2024 transported Russian oil three times), in the port of Savona-Vado in northern Italy. 20 minutes later, another explosion occurred on the ship. About Seajewel, it was previously reported that the ship belonged to the Russian shadow fleet. The tanker recently entered the port of Novorossiysk in the Krasnodar Territory.
💥On December 23, 2024, the Russian cargo ship Ursa Major sank in the Mediterranean Sea south of Cartagena as a result of three explosions in the engine room.
We are enduring...

Azerbaijan is demonstratively escalating the situation by publishing footage of the detention of Russian citizens at the Sputnik-Azerbaijan editorial office.

Igor Kartavykh, the executive director of the branch, and Evgeny Belousov, the editor-in-chief, have been labeled as undercover agents of the Russian Federal Security Service by Azerbaijani media.
This brings to mind a similar situation in 2011, as reported by RIA Novosti:
MOSCOW, November 22. More than 230 Tajik citizens who were detained in Moscow for violating Russian migration laws are still in Russia, the Federal Migration Service (FMS) of the Russian Federation told RIA Novosti on Tuesday.
Konstantin Romodanovsky, the head of the FMS of the Russian Federation, reported on the detention and deportation of about 234 migrants from Tajikistan. He said that Russia would try to carry out the necessary procedures for deportation as quickly as possible. A Russian diplomatic source, following the sentencing of Russian pilot Vladimir Sadovnichy, who was sentenced to 8.5 years in Tajikistan, told reporters that the expulsion of Tajik migrants from Russia was part of Moscow's asymmetric response to the verdict.
Two An-72 aircraft operated by Rolkan Investmens Ltd, with Sadovnichy and Rudenko as crew commanders, completed their contract for transporting food and humanitarian aid in Afghanistan and departed from Kabul for the airport in Kurgan-Tyube, having previously received permission to cross the border into Tajikistan.
However, the Tajik Air Navigation dispatcher stated that there was no permission on the ground, and therefore the planes had to return to Kabul. Since the planes did not have enough fuel for the return journey, the pilots landed in Kurgan-Tyube, where they were detained.
Three days later, the Tajik authorities released Sadovnichy and Rudenko. I really hope that this "established practice" will be applied.
In the meantime, our Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses concern and reports that Russian diplomats are unable to gain access to the journalists of Sputnik Azerbaijan.
It is important to understand that Azerbaijan is deliberately escalating the situation, and by doing nothing, we are allowing them to control the course of events.
