Zakharova: Kiev is building up its grouping on the line of contact in Donbass
The OSCE records Kiev's build-up of a grouping on the line of contact in Donbass. This statement was made at the briefing by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova. According to her, this is happening with the knowledge and direct support of NATO. Moscow is worried about this situation.
"With the support of NATO countries, which are simply pumping weapons into Ukraine, which is in a state of civil war, Kiev is building up its grouping on the contact line in Donbass," Zakharova said. Smolenskaya Square notes that almost 90,000 cases of ceasefire violations have already been recorded in the conflict zone. "The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission records the transfer of heavy weapons by Kiev to the east of the country, including large-caliber artillery and armored vehicles. The use of drones continues," Zakharova said.
At the same time, Moscow insists that negotiations on a peaceful settlement have actually reached an impasse. "The regular meetings of the contact group and its working subgroups, which took place on December 7-8, once again ended in vain, ended in nothing," the diplomat stated.
“Instead of fulfilling the obligations under the Minsk package of measures, the Kiev regime is imitating the process, avoiding direct dialogue with Donetsk and Lugansk and trying to shift the responsibility for slipping the settlement onto Russia,” the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman concluded.

Поясняю, что такое корабль управления «Донбасс», который пытается сейчас совершить какую-то провокацию у Керченского пролива. Он был плавучей мастерской Черноморского флота. Как мне рассказывали офицеры ЧФ, на нем было довольно много спальных мест и он порой использовался как временное общежитие для морячков.
Когда его Украина в 2018 г. перебуксировала из Одессы в Азовское море, я был уверен, что его поставят в Бердянске на вечный прикол с тем, чтобы размещать личный состав, пока не будут построены казармы планируемой базы. Но видимо, сейчас решили пожертвовать этой железкой ради провокации
