Hong Kong to allow retail investors to access licensed crypto exchanges (with rules)

As per the rules non-security tokens are required to have 12 months of no bad records; stable coins are currently not allowed to be purchased by retail investors.. Mainly it's going to be majors (BTC/ETH/LTC etc) for now; But CFX or L1/L2 getting some bid today, still below 40% day move..

L1/l2, Infra and few are from innovation Zone;..

Innovation zone coins are the ones Binance is considering delisting soon. Binance believes that these projects are not performing well (I have already reported those coins back, indicating that they might see exit pumps like they are currently doing). Avoid buying at the top under the pretense of an 'exhausted narrative' if you Bought earlier congrats!
