Manifestation is a mental game.

You must see it, feel it, and live it in your mind repeatedly for it to materialize.

This works because it destroys self-doubt, rewires the subconscious mind, and stimulates creativity.

The truth is you don't even want what you want. You want the feeling associated with getting what you want.

- You don’t want a relationship. You want the joy of companionship.
- You don’t want money. You want the feeling of freedom.
- You don’t want muscles. You want the confidence of being fit.

There is a subtle feeling hidden inside every desire.

Tapping into that feeling is the key to raising your vibration to match the frequency of that desire.

Remember, vibration precedes action, and action intensifies vibration ☯️

The reason why most people never stick to their fitness resolutions is because they lost the connection to the desired feeling and backslid into their old habits.

To maintain a high frequency you must consciously and constantly choose to transcend your vibrational zone of comfort. And you do this by visualizing your desired feeling every moment you can.

The conscious shalt live by faith, not by sight.

There’s no need to wait for the physical manifestation of your desires. Materialization is bound by the laws of time & process. However you can imagine the feeling of that desired future Here & Now. Embody that vibration and let your heart reverberate with the assurance that it has already happened.

This is the law of vibration. Study it. Understand it. And apply it 🪬

A mentor of mine and I were having a casual discussion one beautiful Sunday evening.

Then he said something fascinating that stuck with me ever since.

He said

“You can get very far in life if you learn the art of not succumbing.”

I asked for an explanation but he refused to elaborate.

It took me a couple of years to fully understand what he meant.

Let me share this valuable lesson with you.

Every moment in life is a test.

Your peace will be tested.
Your resolve will be tested.
Your discipline will be tested.
Your humility will be tested.
Your faith will be tested.

The golden-mindset you need to pass 90% of these tests is just an adamant refusal to succumb to the forces testing you.

Don’t succumb to fear.
Don’t succumb to doubt.
Don’t succumb to pressure.
Don’t succumb to excuses.
Don’t succumb to laziness.
Don’t succumb to failure.
Don’t succumb to guilt.
Don’t succumb to loss.
Don’t succumb to lust.

These forces with come from within and without.

That is you outer environment (media, friends and family), and your inner environment (thoughts, feelings and emotions).

I pondered a little deeper to understand why he chose that particular keyword - succumb.

Two words can have similar meanings but completely different vibrational charge. For example scared & terrified are synonymous by meaning, but emotionally they express different levels of intensity. The more conscious you are, the more sensitive you’ll be to the true essence behind certain words.

The truth is no one is perfect 100% of the time. Stoicism/Zen aren’t about becoming robotic. But about maintaining equanimity.

An expert tightrope walking has to constantly readjust his body to balanced. Life is very much like walking a tight rope. Drift too much to one side and you’ll fall over.

It’s okay to have insecurities. It’s not okay to let those insecurities depress you. It’s okay to enjoy food. It’s not okay to become gluttonous.

The true lesson wasn’t that you should never slip up. It means you should get back on your feet IMMEDIATELY. Cos to succumb to something is to give it power over you.

Never accept defeat, and nothing can defeat you.

This took me years to understand. You might have to read it twice/thrice to digest it. Once you do, the game becomes easier 👁️‍🗨️

Actualizing your greatest idea will cost you your good ideas. Sometimes you have to cut the fluff and go ALL in on the ONE thing that sets your heart on fire the MOST. Scattered efforts create subpar results…

If you want discipline - master commitment.
If you want commitment - have a mission.
If you want a mission - have a pledge.

A pledge is a personal vendetta. Write out your goals like you are taking a sworn oath. Writing silences your monkey-mind and awakens your creative mind.

Deep down you already know what you need to do to recreate your life. But you keep ignoring the whispers of your soul, out of fear and insecurities.

It’s time to hold yourself accountable.

Vow to achieve ALL your dreams by turbo-acting and eliminating every useless distraction from your life.

Attach a strong ‘Why’ to it. Something that invokes a strong emotion / sense of purpose in you.

Here’s an example of a personal pledge:

I hereby pledge to give each day my absolute best.

To bless the world with my gifts and insights without holding anything back.

To enlighten the hearts of everyone that comes in contact with me.

To conquer my mind and become the best version of myself this very day.

I will become the richest jackest chad of my bloodline.

I will not succumb to the temptations of fear, procrastination, and sexuality.

My dream is to make $$$____ so that I can have ______, achieve ___ and retire my parents

I know I have all it takes to achieve my dreams.

I will never give up on my personal mission.

I will not let my insecurities and doubt water my passion.

I will not let the social media/video games/Netflix distract me from my purpose.

Today I will defeat resistance.

Today I will create my future.

So help me God.

Did you make a deal with the devil?

What even is the devil?

It's simple.

Devil represents evil forces. God represents good forces.

Both noscripts are derivates of the impact/repercussions they have on your consciousness.

These two forces are in a constant power struggle within your mind, battling for dominion over your spirit.

If the existential purpose of consciousness is self-actualization

Then the devil is any force/entity that sabotages that purpose.

The devil would never show up in its true appearance.

Otherwise you would never take its deal.

It comes disguised as the things you love.

Drugs. Alcohol. Celebrities. Friends. Girls. Porn. Tiktok. Sports. Shining objects.

It could also take the form of your insecurities, limiting beliefs, and negative identities.

Now the first trick of the devilmind is to make these things appear harmless.

It justifies your indulgence and encourgaes your vices.

The only way to see through this whole scam is to open your spiritual third eye.

1. You must awaken from the hypnosis of the devilmind.

2. You must be aware of the karmic effect of every single thing that you do.

3. You must be alert to the temptive auto-suggestions that lure you back to your slumber.

The more awake you are, the more aware you become.

And the more aware you are, the more alert you become.

Meditation is key to awaken your Godmind.

Meditation strenghtens the Godmind in the same way lifting weights strenghten the body.

I implore you to read the book - "Outwitting the devil" by Napoleon Hill.

It exposes all the secret tactics of the devil and how to outsmart it.

Read it. Reread it. And live by it.

90 DAYS LEFT IN THE YEAR (Are you locked in Neo?)

You set your New Year's resolutions.
You started the year with motivation.
But you lost sight of your goals and never got back on track.
Now 2025 is only 12 weeks away.
Are you going to wait until then to repeat the cycle?
The winter arc (October - December) is a period of redemption.
But no one can save you except you.
It's time to sober up, lock in, and grind like your life depends on it.

The 90-Day Challenge to become the best version of yourself.

1. Semen retention: The ultimate test of discipline for any man of substance is sexual discipline. Celibacy generates spiritual power. Willpower fuels consistency. Consistency builds momentum. Momentum generates fortunes. Semen retention builds a force field around you that deflects every distraction the matrix throws at you. Stop letting digital demons drain your sexual energy. Postpone the skirt-chasing until you achieve your goals. If you can abstain for 90 days, you can manifest anything you desire.

2. Establish a routine: Living without a routine is like trying to build a storey building without a foundation. Your first priority is a consistent bedtime. Why? Because setting a firm sleep schedule forces you to organize your day with discipline. This single act of control creates a ripple effect across every aspect of your life. Design your life according to your biological nature. Figure out your circadian rhythm and live by it. Stop trying to copy the routine of famous billionaires. Be yourself.

3. Dopamine detox: Your smartphone is the matrix's favorite weapon to drain your focus and willpower. As Naval said, "cheap dopamine is the modern devil." Delete Instagram and TikTok for the next 90 days. Avoid degenerate music. Only listen to sounds, frequencies, and music that cleanse your aura and elevate your energy. Dopamine is food for the monkey-mind. And you must starve it to awaken your God-mind.

4. Fast: Fasting heals your gut, and through that, it heals your mind. Every religion and spiritual tradition enforces fasting for a reason. Time and again, it has proven to be one of the most powerful tools for cultivating a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Fasting shows that you're willing to sacrifice temporary pleasure for discipline and spiritual progres. Intermittent fasting works wonders. At a bare minimum, you should be able to go four waking hours without food.

5. Protect your time: Avoid idle chatter like a plague. Delete your socials if you must. Understand the gravity of the situation: this is a fight for your future. A fight for your family. A fight for your unborn children. It’s literally do or die. How bad do you really want it? If you want it bad enough then you will develop the courage to say NO to anything that doesn't contribute to your goals. Be ruthless and unapologetic.

6. Train: Commit to any physical training regimen of your choice. Whether it’s jogging, calisthenics, yoga, or weightlifting. You can combine them depending on how much free time you have to burn. Complete a minimum of 4 training sessions every single week.

Everything I’ve listed here is designed to increase your willpower and generate the spiritual force you need to manifest your goals.

Whatever your goal is -- GO ALL IN.

How you end the race is more important that how you started it.

You can achieve more in the next 90 days than you did in the last 9 months.

One of the worst mentalities you can get into is one where you see yourself as a victim.

“Poor me!” the man cried, as he moped along expecting everyone to see and pity him.

Some people close to him gave him a pat on the back, some collective sighs and “Ah that’s terrible mate - I feel sorry for you…” After talking with some people, he was reinforced that it is indeed ‘a tough time’ for him, and ‘oh what bad luck!’

The Man was somewhat satisfied by those around him giving him this show of emotion. So he went on in this pattern focusing his energy and attention on the bad things that have happened to him previously. Days and weeks pass where all he has been thinking about was his latest run of bad luck.

What does this achieve?

He sees himself as a victim, as weak, as if nothing is in control and he is but a leaf being blown around by the wind.

Is he going to be open to new experiences? Will people see his frowning face and want to talk to him?
Will he feel good and feel healthy, maximising his energy to change his luck around?

Of course not

You see, the attention from pity is better for the ego than no attention at all. When we are going through a rough patch, struggling perhaps; the ingrained response in society is to commiserate and ‘share’ in the sadness and bad luck.

After all, Misery loves company. If we can find others who also feel hard done by, and unlucky - then our perceived lack of current success feels better! ‘Oh, there are others who reinforce my beliefs!’

ON the other side of this equation - don’t ‘feel sorry’ for people!

If one person is feeling sorry for themselves, what good does another person feeling sorry do?

All that has happened is the net energy in the world has gone down!

The strategy when you come into ‘bad luck’ is to reframe it as a positive

Immediately, consciously overwrite how your mind perceives the ‘event’ (which can be interpreted however you like)

Even with years-past events, you can tell yourself a different story about why this has happened and what it means for you - a positive one!

Our beliefs about the world create our experience - be intentionally positive about everything and see your life transform

Easy & Powerful Meditation:

Light a candle. Sit in a lotus position with your spine straight. Bring your palms together in front of your chest or cupped together below your navel. (You can have calming nature sounds playing in the background). Gaze at the fire with awareness / appreciation. Listen to listen to the soft whispers of the flame. And when your eyes start to feel heavy, close them gently. Imagine the warm light of the candle shinning within you. Feel it glow from your belly to your heart and to your head. Visualize the light engulfing your body and radiating outward like an aura. After a few minutes you should start to feel a sense of presence and spaciousness within you. You should also notice your body becoming still and grounded. Rest in that presence and observe your thoughts as they come and go. Don’t try to silence your mind. Just watch and enjoy the commentary. The magic is already happening without your effort. Try to sit till the candle burns out. Or for 10-20 minutes. Nam 🤍

Don’t like your currently reality?

Understand that you are not a human having a universal experience. You are the Youniverse having a human experience.

You’ been endowed with the will & authority to dominate the earth.

Understand that you are not a victim of your circumstance but the creator.

You are consciously or unconsciously choosing the reality you are experiencing.

Every single possibility is occurring concurrently.

Anything you can imagine has already happened in a different timeline.

You just need to align your present with your desired reality.

You are a human being, not a human doing.

To be is to be present.

When you aren’t constantly replaying the past or worrying about the future

Your spirit and emotions become consolidated.

Only then can you consciously act in faithful accordance with what you desire.

The more you act in alignment by employing your willpower, the faster you desired future will become a reality.

The only requirement is that you accept this responsibility fully. The universe doesn’t respond to wishes. It responds to choices.

Elon Musk achieved a lot of unprecented success this week.

1. He launched humanoid robots.

2. He launched a self-driving taxi cab.

Of course none of these will be released publicly till 2026

But their launch has already marked a new benchmark in the history of humanity.

As if that wasn't enough

He built a giant chopstick called mechazilla to catch a rocket the size of a sky scrapper flying down from space.

(If you havn't seen the videos, look it up, it’s awesome).

Now I'm not asking anyone to be the next Elon.

Or try to be like him.

But consider this.

Any of these experiments could fail within the next few months.

Not only would he have to bear the capital losses

He would also have to live with public ridicule that comes with failing.

He takes a ridiculous amount of risk.

He sold PayPal and put the entire $180m into building Tesla and SpaceX.

Now he build things that were once considered crazy and impossible.

To quote the man himself;

"If something is important enough, you do it even if the odds are not in your favor".

Meditate on this:

- How much can you bet on your dreams?

You might not have the money to build a space shuttle

But what bets are you taking with the little resources the Godverse has blessed you with.

A lot of people will never unlock the true potential because they only attempt things with guarantees and warranties.

Unfortuntely there is no such thing in life.

Even the next moment isn't guaranteed for any one.

Your potential grows correspondingly with your ability to handle to uncertainties.

If your heart keeps seeking a certain adventure

Then take that leap of faith.

Stop waiting for guarantees.

Be bordeline crazy about your self-belief.

If you win, good, glory in there.

If you lose, fine, lessons in there.

Either way you'll live with content and fulfilment for giving it your best.

The coward can never achieve anything extraordinary.

To have different, you must think different and dare different.

Courage is the great differentiator...

Mindless scrolling is one of the most destructive addictions. Your brain wasn’t built for an unending stream of visuals and alerts. Every swipe lowers your attention span, raises your anxiety, and drains your creativity.

If you feel mentally burnt out, foggy, or just "off," it’s time to reset your nervous system.

1. Phone off for at least 12 hours: Eliminate the source instead of fighting the urge. If emergencies require you to keep it on, put the phone in another room. Notice the withdrawal symptoms. Your mind will fight back, but you must persist. You will be glad you did.

2. Switch toxic music to healing sounds: The music you consume programs you. The frequency of any music has a direct influence on your energy and emotion. For three days, avoid hardcore, adrenaline-pumping tracks. Listen to healing frequencies, lo-fi, chants, or white noise. These sounds calm your mind and spirit, which will make you more receptive to creative ideas.

3. Reduce stimulations: Be intentional with your senses. Don't scroll whie eating. No background music while reading. Train your mind to be comfortable with minimal stimulation.

Try these steps for 3-5 days, and you’ll notice a significant improvement in focus and mental clarity.

Everything happening right now is the domino effect of countless random events that likely have nothing to do with you.

Even your conscious decisions have been either unconsciously influenced or divinely orchestrated.

Don’t waste time wallowing in regret.

Your sole duty is to do your very best to transform the past and present into the future you desire.

Understand and accept that everything happens for a reason.

Let that understanding grant you the strenght and serenity to rise from the ashes.

HOW TO RAISE YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS AT WILL:

Most people operate from the mindset of "have, do, then Be". This means they believe they must first have certain things before they can do certain things so they can become the person they want to be. For instance, people often think they need to have money before they can chase their dreams and feel fulfilled.
Awakened individuals take the reverse route. They embody the consciousness of abundance and act from that state of abundance. From this state, their thoughts align with that vibration and they begin to manifest abundance in their reality.
The problem is that we have been conditioned to create arbitrary constraints for our desired feelings. It’s not that you can’t feel joyful or ecstatic right now, but you’ve set a hundred and one conditions that prevent it from happening - whether it’s money, relationships, a dream job, or material possessions. You have subconsciously convinced yourself that you aren't allowed to be happy until you achieve these things. As Naval once said, "Desire is a contract you make with yourself to be unhappy until you get what you want."
The simple solution is to remove these imaginary conditions. Recognize that you have the power to invoke your desired feelings at any moment. For example, if you temporarily set aside your worries—even for just five minutes—you’ll notice an instant shift in your magnetic field. Permit yourself to be unburdened by your problems temporarily. You can always return to them later. For now, let them go and ask yourself: How would I feel if I already had the things I desire? Visualize that feeling and embody it in the present moment.
Anger is a choice, but so is peace. Fear is a choice, but so is hope. Jealousy is a choice, but so is gratitude. It's up to you to use your willpower to choose what nourishes your soul. Allow yourself to be unconditionally joyful—right now. Once you manage this even once, it becomes clear that the power to feel joy, love, or peace is entirely within your control.
You are unhappy because deep down - you romanticize your negative emotions. You may dislike them, but you’ve grown attached to them. Self-pity is an addictive drug. As the saying goes, “The mind prefers a familiar hell to an unfamiliar heaven.” Even when you know the way out, you cling to the self-flattering feeling of being broken.
So, ask yourself: Do I truly want to be happy? Do I genuinely want to feel love and joy? If the answer is yes, permit yourself to embody those feelings unconditionally right now. Tomorrow isn't promised. Stop postponing your ideal self. This moment is all you truly have. Live it up!

If you want to achieve greater inner strength, stop complaining.

There are three levels of complaint—mental, verbal, and spiritual.

Mental complaint begins with resistance or negative analysis. When you label a particular experience as bad, you sow the seeds of disdain. The more you dwell on it from that perspective, the more it germinates and grows roots. Soon, it pushes for expression, and your tongue will itch to speak about it. Once you verbalize it, the complaint spreads through your subconscious like a virus, polluting your spirit. Remember, the world is but a reflection of your inner state.

Imagine this: two people lose all their investments (millions of dollars) in a single day.

Man A sinks into depression, convinced his life is over. He gives in to despair, and the loss consumes him.
Man B, though distraught, immediately reassures himself that all his losses can be regained. He believes in his ability to rebuild and even relishes the challenge. Laughing in the face of despair, he keeps his hope alive despite his heartbreak.

Who do you think has a higher chance of making a comeback?

You might think, “This is easier said than done.” But the truth is, your mind makes it harder than it actually is. Learn to find the silver lining in every experience. Cultivate an unwavering conviction that everything is working for your ultimate good. This mindset is the secret of alchemy.

Resist the urge to complain verbally. Stop sharing your woes with anyone who will listen. Words echo and shape your reality. Once you master the discipline of refraining from verbal complaints, start observing the complaints that arise in your mind daily. Don’t judge them. Don’t fight them. Just observe, detach your spirit, and let them pass.

Do this consistently, and you’ll begin to develop greater authority over your reality!
