Hello again guys, I've got quick news for you.
We're going to dismiss our actual support bot (that relies on @LivegramBot) and substitute it with a brand new support user to improve reply speed, support request management and so on.
Please note that if you are getting limited by Telegram, you can't contact that user, so you should contact @SpamBot to remove limitations from your account and then contact us.
The official announcement on the main channel will be out tomorrow at 15:00 CEST

Guys please.. have respect for our work... if the bots aren't replying for a few seconds don't flood commands like spastic kiddies.. when the system has finished elaborating the updates queue, the bot will respond.
Keep in mind that also if the bots aren't responding after you have sent the reply to the poll, the reply itself has been already added to the queue and is already stored.

To prevent the Bot from slowing down we have added a restricted mode that activates automatically.
This mode warns you that the Bot is in protection and cannot respond to your request for a minute, so it will show this: “💤 Please wait a minute and try again...”

Starting from 10 March 2020, our server will stop accepting TLS 1.0 and 1.1 as an cryptographic protocol.
For normal users, nothing will change.
For the developers, if your code/server is still using the above quoted TLS version, you should upgrade to version 1.2 or above to ensure that your server can talk with our Rest-API or whatever you have embedded on your site that talks with our server.

Guys, something is not clear here...
Sponsorships through our Bot are an additional service that we want to provide to the community to grow its project. Nobody has ever forced us to implement them (we will have left only the packages otherwise, don't you think?)
It is already the second time that a user places his order, is sponsored and then requests a chargeback because "I was not given what I wanted".
This is very sad because we (me and all the rest of the staff) are constantly committed to providing quality service (even though telegram has stuck in the wheels) and then we are forced to have to deal with certain people.
Have respect for our work as we have it for you
(Don't force us to remove sponsorships from the shop, or even worse report you to @NoToScam)
I hope it is the first and last time that I see forced to make such a post, I never liked to complain...
