Вчера 5 раз делал снимки всех Issues, собрал все их адресса в этот файл.

Были спаршены только те аддреса, что прикреплялись в Issue текстом.

2024 was an amazing year. And I wanna share with you what happened to me and what has changed my life)

# Chapter 1 - English

It's been 5+ years I live in immigration, but all this time I didn't really know the language the way I wanted to

So at the start of this year, I told myself, I have to fully learn English, to communicate people around the whole world

In order to do it I developed a plan:

1. Fully remove Russian content - videos and movies I watch, devices that I use, notes I write, books I read, googling, and so on

2. Regular speakings with ChatGPT, friends, or just voice memos

3. Read books in English, aloud, even if you don't understand what you're reading

It's not easy, requires a lot patience and discipline, everytime I wanted to google something, at the beginning, I was using translator to do it, then translated the content I got, because didn't understand it :D

But the plan worked and today I came to the point where I don't even have a Russian keyboard on my PC, and am writing this post without any translators

And yep, unfortunately for my followers, I guess, this channel is also switching to English, but I will continue making a useful content about development, and share my experience <3

# Chapter 2 - Sport & Nutrition

I've never been a big fan of sport, but always knew I have to train, at least because I have a sitting job

5 months ago I started to visit gym, track calories, take vitamins and supplements

And seriously, this is not just changed my body, but changed the life. I went from 55 to 63kg, got rid of acne by quitting sugar, improved discipline, mood, and just became happier

Highly recommend everyone to train and watch your diet, no matter who you are, training is the basis

This is the daily routine, that at the end of the day makes your whole life, think about it

Here are couple recommendations:

• Hevy App - Best workout logger ever, especially if you have apple watch, can't imagine training without it

• Cal Ai App - Best calorie tracker, much greater than MyFitnessPal

• Habitify App - Helps track your progress in limiting habits, for example eat junk food, smoking, or porn

# Chapter 3 - Education

This year I dropped high school. At 17 years. Without finishing the last year and exams.

It wasn't really about the education, I've been self-educating by myself since I was 15, the school was more about the time it consumes

I felt like a year of wasted time was not worth the piece of paper I would receive upon graduation.

Can't recommend anyone to drop study, but this is my position, and after a few months I convinced, it was a right decision.
