"I've decided to raise the bar on performance management and move out low-performers faster,"

Mark Zuckerberg said.

Reportedly, the company is getting rid of those hired via inclusivity quotas, political activists, vocal minority rights supporters, people aligned with its government-related activities during the Biden administration era.
