Multiple fatalities were reported early Wednesday after a vehicle crashed into a crowd on Bourbon Street in New Orleans' French Quarter, a busy area during the early hours of New Year's Day.
Witnesses told CBS News that a truck plowed into the crowd at high speed, and the driver then exited the vehicle and began firing a weapon, with police returning fire.
Apparently the attacker got out of his truck and started shooting people randomly as it can be heard in the video.
At least 10 people were killed and 30 injured.
