According to reports from Lebanon, in the first 55 days of the ceasefire, Hezbollah distributed about $400 million to some 140,000 Lebanese whose property was damaged during the recent war with Israel. Hezbollah provides compensation of up to $14,000 per compensation claim even if the claimant's home was completely destroyed.

According to Hezbollah, its construction arm had surveyed 268,317 housing units in 448 villages and towns by January 20, 2025. According to it, the engineering team responsible for assessing the damage consists of 466 engineers, in addition to 149 workers who type the reports into computers.
